Captiqo Refund Policy

Applicable to Captiqo paid subscriptions
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are available for first-time subscription purchases made through our checkout. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction completion date.
2. What Happens After a Refund
If a refund is approved, your access to the Service will be terminated immediately. After a refund, you must stop using the Service.
3. Renewals and Plan Changes
Renewals are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of clear billing errors (for example, duplicate charges).
If you upgrade or downgrade a plan, any refund (if applicable) is handled under this policy.
4. Abuse and Fraud
To prevent abuse, we may limit refunds to one per customer and may refuse requests in cases of fraud, unauthorized payments, repeated refund requests, or attempts to bypass this policy using multiple accounts.
5. How to Request
Contact support@captiqo.com with the email used for the purchase and, if available, your order/transaction reference. Purchases may be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, and timing depends on your bank/payment provider.
6. Local Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
